Dr. Morsch an alleged physician of the city has been held to the grand Jury charged with attempting to poison Fred Butzler and his family. A week ago Morsch entered Butzler's saloon and called for a drink at the same time expressing a willingness to treat the Butzler, his wife , son Andrew and daughter Louisa age eight. They consented and shortly after Butzler, his wife and daughter Louisa were siezed with violent vomiting and despite every efforts Louisa died a few hours after. Andrew claims he saw the doctor pass his hand over the different glasses and drop a white powder into them. He threw out his beer and was not taken ill.
